BOARD MEETING

October 4, 2014

The meeting was called to order by President Nancy Standley at 1:15pm at the Standleys due to Carol’s illness.  Attendees were Gary & Nancy Standley, Dorothy Fullam, Mary Seely, Rogene Rawlins, Dave & Merry Ann Grow, Vince Freemantle, Kent & Audrey Brown, and Cindy Gatioan.

Dorothy Fullam gave the treasurer’s report:

Beginning Balance $4823.61

Income:

Dues $1590.00

Total Income $1590.00

Expenses:

TVMWC DONATIONS $1695.00

Nancy Standley Gate Chain         $     14.21

Security Lock New Lock and repairs to the old lock $ 180.47

Nancy Standley Calling Post $    44.95

PG & E June July Aug. $    86.01

Total Expenses $1984.64

Bank Balance as of Oct 4, 2014 $4065.48

OLD BUSINESS:

The new river lock has been installed. It was rekeyed to enable the old keys to work with it.  The old lock was also refurbished so we have it as a back up lock.

Kent Brown will paint white around the pot holes in the roads to make them more visible.  Gary will contact the Trinity Road Department again about the pot holes.

NEW BUSINESS:

We now have 118 members in TVIA.  There are now 6 or 7 homes now in escrow.  Let’s try to get acquainted with our new neighbors

We discussed the fund raiser the community was doing for Gil Southard.  They had a fire that destroyed their home.  Vince made a motion to donate $250.00, Gary seconded it, and it passed.  

The next meeting will be Saturday January 3, 2015 at the home of Kent and Audrey Brown.

No further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1:33pm.
