Old Business:
Cindy reported on the feral cat project. We
need more vouchers for spay and neuter. Gary will contact Mary to find out how to get them.
The issue of barking dogs was discussed and Gary
encouraged those with concerns to call Animal Control if the problem is not corrected after speaking with the owner(s).
Gary talked to Bill Anderson about contacting the
county to repair the roads where the water leaks have occurred.
Some of the cars on China Flat Road have been moved.
Gary will contact the resident on China Flat Rd about putting reflectors on the fence where Lone Pine dead ends.
New Business:
We all have a concern about the possible loss of
the ambulance service in our area. Vince read a letter from Anita Freemantle regarding the closure of the Willow Creek Ambulance
base. It was suggested that we compose a letter to the Hoopa tribe about the importance of the base to Trinity Village.
We will invite a representative to come to our next meeting and discuss the situation. We will also write to newspapers
and ask for support.
The next meeting will be April 7, 2012 at 1:00 PM
at the home of Naomi Hunt.
With no further business to discuss, the meeting
was adjourned.
Respectfully Submitted,
Audrey Brown
Secretary
