Old Business:

Gary Standley will contact Burnt Ranch School again about the donation.  The person he needed to talk to was on vacation and has not returned his call.

A donation to the Christian School in Willow Creek was brought up.  We have already designated the funds to Burnt Ranch this year so it will be discussed next year if a donation is approved.

Mary reported on the cat control:  10 cats have been spayed or neutered and we have vouchers to have 5 more done.  There is a possibility of getting more and it was approved that TVIA will continue to support the project.  Cindy and Charlene are trapping the cats and Gary Dodson has been transporting them to the Vet.

Cindy reminded us that the Chipper will be here April 9.  Anyone interested should call her for instructions.

New Business:

Gary will call the county road department about putting up the downed road signs.

It was approved to spend $250.00 to Brush the center of Hawkins Bar Road again this year.  Nancy Standley suggested that someone from the Christian School might be interested in the job to earn some money for the school.

The Annual Walk Run will be held May 29, 2011.  The sign up is at 8:00 AM and the race starts at 9:00 AM.  The HBVFD will again do a Bake Sale.

June 5, will be the first Breakfast at the Grange.

Trinity Village 3rd annual Rummage sale will be held June 11, 2011.  Any one interested in participating should contact Charlene Lundblade.  She is doing the advertising for the sale.

August 13, 2011 will be the HBVFD Rummage Sale, held at the Grange.

The next meeting will be July 2, 2011 at 10:00 AM, with the Annual Meeting to follow at 11:00AM, at the Fire House.

With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned.

Respectfully Submitted,

Audrey Brown

Secretary
