 OLD BUSINESS:

Gary Reported:  The Denny Rd has been repaired and the brushing is complete in the Village. The lights for the entrance sign will not be completed until spring.

Naomi Hunt informed us that Lonna, from the mini-mart, repaid her for the expenses of moving the Post Office Boxes.

Gary said the TVIA membership is now 101.

Vince Freemantle has sold his chipper so it is no longer available to us.

Nancy has asked Naomi for help with the upcoming newsletter by checking the old picture slides of the Village.  They were taken at the beginning of the subdivision.

The Rummage Sale has been set for June 12, 2010.  Charlene will do the advertising and wants information of the kinds of rummage everyone has so the ads can list some of them.  She can be contacted at 629-4208.

NEW BUSINESS:

It was suggested that we make a donation to the Burnt Ranch School.  The Eighth Grade class has a trip to Sacramento in March and it was voted to donate $500.00 to the trip and another $500.00 to the school to use as needed.

Nancy informed us Jeannette Henry will be doing a Pilates class at the Hawkins Bar Community Center starting Tuesday January 19.  The class starts at 10 A.M.

The next meeting will be April 3, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. at the home of Gary and Nancy Standley.

With no further new business, the meeting was adjourned by President Standley at 1:30P.M.

Respectfully submitted,

Audrey Brown
