TRINITY VILLAGE IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION

BOARD MEETING

January 7, 2017

The meeting was called to order by President Nancy Standley at 1 PM at the home of Gary and Nancy Standley.  Attendees were Gary & Nancy Standley, Dorothy Fullam, Carol Draper, Kent & Audrey Brown, Cindy Gatioan, Bruce & Cathy Millerbis, Mary Seely, Tim Fisher and Anita Freemantle

The minutes of the October meeting were read and approved.

Dorothy Fullam gave the treasurers report:

Beginning Balance $6170.01

Income:

Dues $    25.00

Total $6195.01

Expenses:

Nancy Standley (Calling Post) $    $    44.95

PG & E(July, Aug., Sept.) $    91.48

Total Expenses $  136.43

Bank Balance as of Oct. 4, 2016 $6058.58

OLD BUSINESS:

Feral Cat report: Cindy again spoke to the owner on Flame Tree Road about having his cat neutered.  TVIA has offered to pay for the procedure but there has been no response.

NEW BUSINESS: 

Cindy will talk to her brother about making a sign for the entrance of the Village about not speeding.  She will report back at the April meeting.

We are waiting for better weather to get the cold patch for the roads.  Eagle Rock will deliver for about $110.00.

Cindy suggested TVIA host a party.  Everyone agreed and the date was set for April 29, 2017.  Anita will get the music, Tim will get the BBQs and Mary , Audrey, Gary, Nancy, and Tim Fisher will work on getting the food together.  Hot Dogs will be served with salads, chili sauce and desserts.  The official name will be Kool Village April Night. It will start at 5:30 in the evening at the Fire Hall.  

Bruce said the Trinity Village sign needs to be refinished.  Bruce, Gary and Kent volunteered.

The next meeting will be April 1, 2017 at the home of Kent and Audrey Brown.

With no further business the meeting was adjourned at 1:50 PM
