Troy Fletcher lives in the Village and will do yard work and brushing.  His number is 629-2524.  Anita Freemantle and Connie Anderholm have both hired him and highly recommend him.  Nancy will put his name and number on the Website.

NEW BUSINESS:

Cindy has scheduled a new work day for volunteers.  It will be Saturday April 11.  We will meet at 9:AM on the corner of China Flat and Lone Pine.  Gary Standley and Kent Brown will have their trailer there to collect the brush and haul it away.  She also has scheduled a work party for Saturday  August 22, 2015 at 8:AM for 2 hours only.

Gary Standley has ordered 20 more Gate keys.

Nancy also showed us the Facebook page for Salyer and Trinity Village.  It has a beautiful picture of the entrance with our sign and the beautiful  tulips blooming.

Nancy Thanked Carol and Rogene for doing such a great job of planting and taking care of the flowers at the sign.

There have been some break-ins on Suzy Q and also in the Village.  Please watch out for anything out of the ordinary around your neighborhood.

Audrey made a motion that we pay to have a Pickle Ball court at the Fire Hall.  It would be a great community project.  TVIA will provide the net.  Butch Mathews has offered to paint the pavement for the court.  Everyone will have to have their own balls and paddles.  You can get the rules of the game on line.

Cindy will make up the parade route for the 4th of July Parade.  Last year there was some confusion and we don’t want  anyone to miss all the fun.  It will be in the newsletter.

The July meeting will be held at the Fire Hall July 4th, 2015.  Board meeting at 12 noon and the General meeting at 1:PM.  All of our officers and three board positions are up for election and if there is anyone interested in running they should be at the meeting,

Respectfully submitted by

Audrey Brown
