BOARD MEETING
October 6, 2012
Meeting was called to order. Members present were, Audrey
Brown, Vince Freemantle, Dorothy Fullam, Naomi Hunt, Carol Draper, Mary Seely, and Kate Vogelsang. Guests present were,
Gary Standley, Nancy Standley, Kent Brown, Pat Briggs, Cindy Gatioan, and Mark Jones.
The minutes of the July Annual meeting were read and approved.

Treasurer’s report was approved.
Old Business:
Cindy reported on the feral cat project. We have 2 vouchers
left for spay and neuter. She has 6 kittens to be spayed. She also has 1 cat up for adoption. If anyone
is interested please contact Cindy Gatioan.
New Business:
Nancy was thanked for planting the new flowers at the Village
sign.
We have had complaints about the dogs on Hawkins Bar Rd. running
loose. We have been advised to call Christine at Animal Control in Trinity County or Terry at the Sheriff’s Department.

Naomi Hunt shared a brochure from Elite Caregivers. They
do assisted living services and will come to our area. For more information please call Elite Caregivers at 707-496-8499.
After discussing the duties of Board President it was decided
that the board and volunteers should take some of the responsibilities. The jobs have been delegated as follows:

Vince Freemantle then nominated Nancy Standley for Board President
and it was passed.
The next meeting will be Saturday January 5, 2013 at 1:00PM.
It will be at the home of Carol Draper and Rogene Rawlins.
With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned.
