OLD BUSINESs:

Audrey reported on the Grange project.  The Fire Department is still checking to see what will be the best way to take care of the walls inside.  Paul Antongiovanni  looked at it and said painting would work and clean it up.  The Department board will discuss it and get back to TVIA.  Kate Vogelsang has the new curtains and they will help make it look better.

Mary Seely has found a committee to take care of the flowers at the sign.  She will get together with Carol and Rogene and make the switch.

Gary will contact Allen Mercier about working on the River Road, Coon Creek Road, Lone Pine Road and the meridian on Hawkins Bar Road.

Nancy thanked Bruce for changing the light at the entrance.  Bruce said there is another light out and he will change it right away.

Kent will go around and mark potholes again.  Gary Standley will call the County Road Department to see if they will do some patching.

New Business:

Nancy suggested a donation to Pam and Dennis Cahill for a wheel chair.  Dennis had a stroke and they make a special chair so he can move freely in all kinds of terrain.

A donation amount of $250.00 was approved.  Butch Mathews also said the Gripper cabin will donate $200.00.

The annual 4th of July Parade will be held Saturday July 2nd.  Butch will get more information to Cindy for the newsletter.  He will also supply information and pictures about the early stages of Trinity Village for the Newsletter.

Merry Ann reported that the street sign for Flame Tree is missing.  It may have been knocked down during the snow storm on Christmas Eve.  Gary will report it to the County and ask if they will replace it.

Dave Grow was concerned with water running into Coon Creek Road from his neighbor’s property.  Gary will also report this to the County.

The next meeting will be July 2, 2016 at 12 Noon  and the Annual Meeting at 1PM at the Fire Hall on the same day.

With no further business the meeting was adjourned.

Respectfully submitted by

Audrey Brown
