OLD BUSINESS:

Audrey reported on the Grange project.  The Fire Department has had the kitchen all cleaned and have decided that the painting is really not necessary at this time.  Cindy and Audrey will clean out some of the unnecessary items and donate them  or throw them away.

Kate has offered to make new curtains for the main room.  She and Gary Standley will go to the grange after the meeting to measure for the sizes.

Carol and Rogene have still not found anyone to take care of the flowers at the sign.  Cindy will again put a notice on our website.

Gary announced the completion of the Pickle Ball court at the fire hall.  The net sits at the back of the fire hall and is ready for use.

New Business:

Gary Standley suggested we have Allen Mercier clean up the blackberries and brush at the entrance sign.  Merry Ann has a concern with the brush on Coon Creek Road.   Audrey suggested that we have him brush on Coon Creek road as well.  Gary will check with the county to see if they will do it and if they can’t we will have Allen do it.  The motion was approved.

The next meeting will be April 2, 2016 at 1PM at the home of Gary and Nancy Standley on Hawkins Bar Road.

With no further business the meeting was adjourned at 1:48.

Respectfully submitted by

Audrey Brown

Secretary
