OLD BUSINESS:

NEW BUSINESS:

Cindy reported on the Feral Cats:  1 cat spayed and adopted.  There are 3 more kittens that need to be spayed and neutered.  Audrey made a motion that we approve up to $300.00 for this to be done. Merry Ann seconded and it was approved.

Nancy again reminded us to keep a watchful eye for strangers in the Village.  The Trinity Journal reported a break-in again in the last two weeks.

Gary and Kent are working on the painting of the Pickle Ball court.  It should be done this next week.

Audrey reported on what she found out from the Forest Service regarding the Grange.  The HBVFD owns the building and leases the property.  If we want to paint we can.  Audrey suggested that we table any donations until after the Fire Department Board meeting.  The Grange needs to be cleaned more than it needs to be painted.  She will report back at our January meeting.

Carol and Rogene have retired from taking care of the flowers at the entrance sign.  Cindy will post this on our website and see if we can find a volunteer to take their place.

We received a thank you letter from the Willow Creek Fire Safe Council.  They really appreciated our donation of $250.00.

New Business:

Cindy has seen an illegal dredge on the river across from her home.   If anyone sees this they should call Cal-Tips.

Mary Seely thanked Nancy for all the information she posted during the Fire.  It kept all of the people from the Village informed when they weren’t here.

The next meeting will be January 2, 2016 at 1PM at the home of Kent and Audrey Brown on Fisher Road.

With no further business the meeting was adjourned at 1:48.

Respectfully submitted by

Audrey Brown

Secretary
