OLD BUSINESS
1. 1.Thanks Greg Mellon for the suggestion to mail second notices for the dues. With the great response we now have 100 paid members. The names of the membership are posted on our website.
2. 2.Gary Standley submitted the ideas from Dave Simera regarding the new Trinity Village sign. He will help us with the rock base. The design will have the rock base and a Cedar slab. Greg Mellon suggested raised letters instead of routed lettering. The upkeep of the sign would be lessened and if the sign was ever to be changed it would not have to have an entire new piece of wood.
3. 3.Nancy Standley discussed the Website, gotrinityvillage.com. She is our webmaster and updates the site regularly. If anyone has anything they want on the website they should contact her thru the website. There are some great pictures, the list of members, and the minutes from the last board meeting as well as other information on it. She encourages everyone to check it out. If you want to advertise your business or something for sale it is available.

NEW BUSINESS:
1.According to our bylaws Board members must have paid their dues to TVIA. Also the concern of board members not attending meetings was brought up and according to the bylaws they could be replaced. Three visitors at the meeting volunteered and the board approved them with a unanimous vote. The new Board members are: Naomi Hunt, Carol Draper and Nancy Standley. It is difficult for some people to attend all of the meetings and the board really needs participation. The board members being replaced will be contacted and we hope they will still participate as visitors whenever they can come to the meetings.
2.Anita Freemantle reported on the Hawkins Bar Volunteer Fire Department. She said everything is working well and the training with the volunteers continues.
3.The Water bills were discussed with concern over the amounts of the bills. We have been notified they were incorrect and a new corrected bill will be sent soon. The new rates have taken effect and were approved by the PUC. We supplied information about complaints to the concerned owners to contact the Water Company and that they could then contact the PUC at 800-649-7570.
The next meeting will be held at the home of Naomi Hunt, 314 China Flat Rd, April 7, 2007 at 1:00 PM.
With no other business the meeting was adjourned.
Respectfully submitted
